Professor Peter Singer was a victim of social justice outrage when he was released from his venue booking by Skycity in Auckland. Peter and his management were attempting to promote his charitable organisation "the life you can save".
A small group of the NZ disability community were chuffed at this achievement due to Peter making comments on the suffering of disabled children.
However the outrage was misguided and almost certainly misinformed. Unlike others, I asked the questions to Professor Singer directly... This was our conversation
